Daisy Cook, Alfie Cook and Lauren Saunders all won hard-fought medals in the Swim England East Region National Age Group Qualification event held in Southend.
Diving in group D (10-11 yrs) Daisy Cook won bronze on platform.  Consistency throughout her set and a strong back dive tuck won Daisy her podium place with 112.30 points.  Daisy finished 4th on the 1m and 3m springboards (105.65 /105.30).
Lauren Saunders, also diving in group D, finished with three well-deserved gold medals. (Platform 143.80,   3m 139.55 ,  1m 156.15).
Alfie Cook, diving in boys B (14-16yrs), delivered a consistent personal best performance across his required and optional dives to win silver on 1m.  This was helped by a strong inward one a half somersault tuck (35.20) and forward two and a half tuck (36.00).  Alfie finished 4th on platform (166.85) and 7th on 3m (200.25).  Also in B group Milly Orgill delivered consistent required dives to finish 6th in all her events. (1m 188.00, 3m 200.25, platform 176.30).
Hernan Mosqueda-Jolly, Maya Peche and Molly Lefever were all diving in group C.  The three aspiring age group divers faced tough events with some extremely strong competition but they all gained invaluable experience competing at this level.  Hernan had his best performance on 3m where he held his nerve to deliver a strong inward one and a half somersault tuck (34.20) to finish 5th with 156.90 points.  Hernan was 6th on 1m (151.85) and 8th on platform (139.10).  Molly did best on 1m (153.05) and platform (144.95).  Molly scored 138.50 on 3m.  Maya scored 131.75 on 1m, 127.65 on 3m and 137.65 on platform.
